Service. We provide an online knowledge exam and, upon passing, a digital certificate delivered via our LMS (learningBOX).

2. Pricing & Taxes. Prices are tax-inclusive unless stated. Where required, VAT/GST/sales tax is collected by our payment provider (Merchant of Record).

3. Orders & Delivery. After payment, exam access (URL/ID/password) is sent to your registered email; keep credentials confidential.

4. Fair Use. One person per account. No sharing, resale, or copying of exam items or certificates.

5. Retakes & Access. Retake rules and access windows are stated on the product page.

6. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.

7. IP. All exam content and branding are owned by Kyoto Food Meister Association.

8. Prohibited Conduct. Cheating, scraping, reverse engineering, or service disruption may result in termination without refund.

9. Disclaimers. Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
