Data we collect. Name, email, country/region; exam data (ID, progress, scores, certificate status); transaction confirmations from our payment provider; technical logs (IP, device, timestamps) for security/support.

How we use it. To create exam accounts, deliver access, prevent fraud, provide support, issue certificates, and meet legal/tax obligations. Marketing emails are opt-in only.

Sharing. We use processors for hosting (learningBOX), email delivery, and payments (Merchant of Record).

Transfers. Data may be processed outside your country; we apply reasonable safeguards.

Retention. We keep exam and transaction records as needed for certification history, support, and legal/tax requirements, then delete/anonymize.

Your rights. Request access/correction/deletion where applicable via support@food-kyoto.com

Security. We apply technical/organizational measures; no method is 100% secure.

Updates. We may update this Policy with a new effective date.
