If a verified technical issue prevents you from accessing or taking the exam, and you contact us within 7 days of purchase and before a certificate is issued, we will refund or re-issue access.
2) Non-refundable cases.
You started/finished the exam without a platform fault; a certificate has already been issued; misuse, policy violations, or account sharing.
3) How to request.
Email your name, purchase email, and checkout ID. We may ask for screenshots/logs to verify.
4) How refunds are processed.
Approved refunds are processed via our payment provider (Merchant of Record) to the original method. Processing times depend on your bank/card issuer.
5) Chargebacks.
Please contact us first; unauthorized/duplicate charges will be corrected. Chargebacks without prior contact may delay resolution.
